Small
Group Training Sessions
You can join one of our established group training sessions—or start
your own! At SWAT there are no dues, memberships, or commitments. Join
for a month, or two….or three or more! Your personal trainer will lead
you and your group through a total body fitness workout.
Work out with a small group of 6-8 people, with a trainer to lead you
through a challenging, full body weight training workout that will get
your heart racing, your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels
high!
Each workout is based on
scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles.
Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy,
and your overall fitness level.
SWAT’s small group training offers
you the benefits of having your own trainer…at a fraction of the cost

Minute Express Sessions
If you’re short on time, or are just
starting an exercise program, a SWAT Fitness 30-minute workout session
will get your heart racing, keep you moving, and give you a full body
strength training workout in 30 minutes.
Partner Training /
Share-a-Trainer
Start your program with a friend and
share the costs of having your own trainer lead you both through a
challenging, fast-moving exercise program that will strengthen your
body, burn calories, and get you results. We train couples, friends,
mothers-and-daughters, and coworkers. Partner up and get moving!
In-Home Personal Training
Sessions
Want us to come to you? We can do that!
Your personal trainer will travel to you. Rates are slightly higher to
cover travel expenses and time, but if you like to train at home, but
need a little extra push or motivation, we can help! We provide all the
equipment, tools, and energy you need!
Post Rehabilitation Training
If you’re coming back from an injury or
accident, and have been cleared by your physician and/or physical
therapist, personal training is a great way to keep up on your
prescribed exercise program and continue to benefit from the
accountability and consistency of working with a fitness and exercise
professional.
Online Training
You can work with a trainer without
having to live in our geographical area! If you don’t live in the
Tucson Metro area, we can coach you by phone. We’ll design you a
program, suggest a training routine, provide nutritional advice, and
send you weekly workouts, progress logs, and nutrition journals. We’ll
“train” you by phone once a week to check in on you, answer your
questions, make adjustments and suggestions, and hold you accountable
to your workout program.
