have been with SWAT for many years. During that time, I was able to
maintain my level of fitness and weight. But I wanted to do more....
so I joined the Adventure Boot Camp in April-May 2007. Ron taught
me to run properly, and I just completed my 4th Half-Marathon, beating
my time this year by 20 minutes! The small group ciruit sessions I do
with Jayson have kept me at the level of fitness I want to maintain
from Boot Camp. Jayson is great with suggestions of wayt to
cross-train, what to do about injuries, and providing SUPPORT. He even
shows up to cheer me on at my marathons! Thanks, SWAT, for all you

Many couples play

together. We consider this
a social thing that we do together, and have a blast doing it! Diane
and I joke around that Lynn is mean, but we love her for it, and we
love how we feel when our workout is over... Energized! Lynn has

I came to SWAT 5 months ago. I was a size 48 waist,
and was overweight with knee pain. Since training at SWAT I have lost OVER 50
POUNDS.
With personal training, I have gone from a Size
46 to a 38. I can run 3 miles without stopping, and best of all - I
feel great about myself. I love the high-tempo workouts and the
variety of the workout routines to keep wokrouts from getting boring. As of now, I'm 50
POUNDS down and feeling great.

SWAT in the August 2007 Boot Camp. I had no idea what to expect! Little
did I know that I would find a fun all-over body workout! Ron and Trey
have encouraged me through 5 boot camps now. They are upbeat and fun
and make sure to include e everyone. The KETTLEBELLAS class with Morgan
has been amazing. My body is changing before my eyes! I am so much
stronger than when I started. An it's a fun, new type of workout.
SWAT Fitness
is awesome! You might ask yourself, "How can I possibly do those
workouts?" What you should REALLY be asking is, "How Can I not give my
health and wellness such a gift!"

I came to SWAT to get stronger and build
up my endurance for my weekend hobby of hot air ballooning. Jana set me
up with Ms. Mikhail and I am happy she did. Since starting with Mikhail
in February I have felt a marked difference in my endurance and I am
able to keep up with the men while out ballooning! As a bonus I am
losing weight!
I am still a work in progress, but I
would not train with anyone other than Mikhail. She has a great
attitude which helps motivate me during our training sessions. She can
relate to the struggles we all face while trying to get in shape. She
makes our sessions fun! So much so I look forward to coming in and
working out.

There comes a point in each of our lives when we decide if our life is
what we want it to be, or it's time to make a change. Last April, I
decided to make some changes. I had been successful at nearly
everything in life. i had a wonderful husband, successful business, 2
great children, but something was missing. In the past nine months,
since training with SWAT, I've lost 43 lbs, and my body fat has gone
from 41% to 30%. My entire lifestyle has changed. In December, I ran
the Tucson 1/2 marathon. Now I know that I can do anything I want to

My SWAT Boot Camp instructor, is a great instructor--fun, motivating,
and knows when to push and when to let up. I feel capable and strong,
and find that the variety makes the program interesting and enjoyable!

As a result of Boot Camp, I look and feel better about myself. Each
week, I notice improvement in my strength and endurance. The instructor
pushes me just enough to challenge me, and was very knowledgeable about
the types of exercises to target specific muscle groups. I changed the
way I ate, and now realize that fitness includes much more than just

I was a regular at the gym with a good routine, but I had hit a
plateau. No matter how I tried to vary my workouts, I could not
increase my overall strength, or decrease my body fat. As a law
enforcement officer, I did not think it was possible to work with a
trainer because of rotating shifts and unpredictable hours. Ron,
however, was amenable to flexible schedule changes, and offered
nutritional guidance. In just 2 months, I had increased my bench press
by 20 lbs, and lost 4% body fat.
