WHAT IS SWAT?

SWAT Fitness is my Personal Training Company, dedicated to helping the world become maintain better fitness and health, regardless of age.

I know, I know – People tell me all the time that SWAT sounds scary and intense!  But don’t let the name intimidate you. After years as a SWAT Commander, it was just a perfect name, that’s all. We changed the acronym to Strength Wellness Athletic Training, or jokingly as “Stop Whining And Train.” Seriously, though – although training with us IS challenging, and we expect a lot of you – it is worth it, and we get results no matter where you start.

We are Tucson’s Top Fitness Experts and the premiere personal training facility in the area. The two of us (Ron and Jana Holland) have developed a number of highly recognized fitness programs that are the models for similar programs all over the world. Some of these trademarked programs include: SWAT Fitness Boot Camp, Small Group Training, Kitchen Intervention, Weight Loss 911, Kombat Kettlebells, and our newest program, the CURVY WOMAN WORKOUT.

We have extremely high standards and expectations for ourselves, our team, and our clients. We were recently awarded Best Gym of Tucson, 2011, and were named Best of Tucson 2008 in Personal Fitness Training for Local Businesses. As past Finalists for Pima County Small Business of the Year and nominees for a SASIE Small Business Award, we are dedicated to excellence, which carries over  in helping you lose weight, improve health, and have more self confidence than ever before.
