Giving to and being an active part of my community is important to me.
I am committed to providing fitness education, encouragement, and motivation to members of the Tucson community. The SWAT Boot Camp Fitness program, founded in 1997, has been featured on the television news, as well as in the Arizona Daily Star and Tucson Citizen, and my marathon training program has been covered in the Caliente! section of the local paper as well. Our Reebok CORE training was also featured in the newspaper.
I am a regular participant in annual Bridal Fairs, Women’s Fairs, Celebrating Women’s Health, the Marana Chamber of Commerce Business Fair, and Marana Chamber of Commerce Health Fair. I’m also an active member of the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Public Service Business Networking groups in Tucson. Here’s the thing – if I can give back and contribute to my community, I do!
At SWAT, we believe in giving back – and because that’s important to us, we try to find and create opportunities to contribute to our local community. We have donated training services to various outstanding Charitable Organizations, including having trained the homeless through the Gospel Mission, and the donating services to local sports teams, schools, and others.
Believing in the Law of Attraction, and the value of Reciprocity, Jana and I, along with our team of outstanding Tucson personal trainers, seek out opportunities to share our message of health, fitness and living well with citizens of our loved community.
