SWAT's newest programs, Kombat Kettlebells (for Men) and Kettlebellas (for Women) offer an intense, challenging workout like nothing you've ever tried before.

Kettlebells will work every muscle in your body, while providing an intense cardiovascular workout at the same time. Kettlebells will get our heart rate up, help you burn fat fast, and develop strength in both the upper and lower body.

Kettlebell training is intense, challenging and FUN! You'll learn new skills, and gain a new respect for your body.

Classes meet three days a week, for 3, 6 or 12 months. No long term commitment unless you want one, and no membership fees or sign-up costs. For more information specifically on Kettlebell training in Tucson, you can visit the Kombat Kettlebells website. Participants are required to attend a Foundations session prior to beginning group kettlebell training, either by workshop or one-on-one training session. This will ensure that you get the most of your group training by using proper form and technique, and being prepared for the workouts.
