Kitchen Intervention
If you’re confused about what to eat, when to
eat, how to shop, what to buy, and how to plan healthy, EASY
meals—then we can help! SWAT’s Personal Chef will help you organize
your kitchen, prepare a shopping list, and learn to cook healthy,
fast meals that will facilitate your fitness or weight loss program.
Four times a year we hold our Kitchen Intervention program - a four hour interactive workshop with our Personal Chef! You will learn how to:
· Organize your kitchen
· Learn what you MUST HAVE in your refrigerator and pantry
· Plan and organize simple, healthy meals
· Prepare healthy meals and snacks
· Shop without regret
· Strategize healthy cooking
· Get tips for easy cooking (and eat healthy)
· We'll even take on a tour at the supermarket!
