SWAT Fitness has a professional nutrition consultant and life coach on staff who can sit down with you as you embark on your new exercise program. Our nutrition coach offers personalized nutritional consultations and will develop a nutrition plan for you.

The plan is designed specifically for you, based on your individual needs. We know that it’s not about vanity –it’s about the health of your body and the health of your life.

Eating healthy and exercising is not just about looking good. It’s about your health and the quality of your life. It’s about getting your body to perform at top efficiency, maintaining your energy levels, having normalized blood pressure, and preventing heart attacks, cardiovascular disease, and other ailments that can threaten your life if you don’t take your health seriously.

After a baseline Body Composition and Health Assessment Analysis, we can develop a plan that is personally tailored to meet your dietary needs and caloric intake requirements. You’ll know what and when to eat, and learn principles that make sense and last a lifetime.

In addition to personalized nutrition programs, SWAT offers monthly Nutrition Seminars for all clients. You'll learn from our Holistic Nutritionist about what to eat, how to eat, how to shop, and how to read labels, to maximize your success and speed your progress, getting you results faster and more efficiently!

Jana Holland, M. Ed.

Jana Holland, M.Ed., will teach you how to stop getting into your own way and avoid triggers and bad behavior. Fitness and life coaching can help get you moving, and help you look and feel younger and better than you have in years.

Jana will help you identify what it is you want, what’s holding you back, and how you can live a life that is more fulfilling and enjoyable. Getting a fresh perspective from an objective point of view who won’t judge you, hold anything against you, or just tell you what you want to hear, can give you the boost you need to get real, get honest, and get moving.

Kitchen Intervention

If you’re confused about what to eat, when to eat, how to shop, what to buy, and how to plan healthy, EASY meals—then we can help! SWAT’s Personal Chef will help you organize your kitchen, prepare a shopping list, and learn to cook healthy, fast meals that will facilitate your fitness or weight loss program.

Four times a year we hold our Kitchen Intervention program - a four hour interactive workshop with our Personal Chef! You will learn how to:


· Organize your kitchen
· Learn what you MUST HAVE in your refrigerator and pantry
· Plan and organize simple, healthy meals
· Prepare healthy meals and snacks
· Shop without regret
· Strategize healthy cooking
· Get tips for easy cooking (and eat healthy)
· We'll even take on a tour at the supermarket!
