Q: Can I try out a class for free?
Yes, you may! We just ask that you call in FIRST and let us know what time you will be coming in! (520)579-6791
Q: How long are classes?
One hour. In this time we will warm up, stretch, learn, sweat, sweat, sweat, and stretch some more!
Q: I’m really out of shape. Can I keep up in a class?
Yes, you can! Our small group classes are made up of all shapes and sizes! After years and years of teaching group classes, we have designed a great program that is universal for anyone that walks, or rolls through our door!
Q: Do you have showers?
Yes! Two, SUPER CLEAN showers. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We also provide towels, deodorant and lady products.
Q: Why should I do group training?
Lots of people do personal training simply because they don't feel comfortable training in a group.
If you have exact goals that you are trying to achieve; for example: You want to compete in a physical activity. You want to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time. You need to pass a military physical test.
