Our Philosophy
At SWAT, we believe that there are three essential elements of
lifestyle wellness and optimum health...

SWAT offers personalized exercise and nutrition
prescriptions that identify and enhance your strengths, while
strengthening areas of weakness. You can benefit from one-on-one
training, small group fitness training, Pilates, weight loss
seminars, running clinics, and much more.

Your SWAT trainer will
prepare you to implement healthy lifestyle strategies for life. We
teach you what to do, how to do it, and why to do it. With our
Healthy Cooking classes and Nutrition seminars, you’ll learn
how and what to eat to optimize your energy and feel your best.

Our Lifestyle / Wellness Coach can help
you identify patterns of thinking and behaving that may be getting
in your way. You’ll identify goals, stop self-sabotaging,
and work on attaining balance in your life.

Our history
SWAT (Strength Wellness Athletic Training)
was started by Ron Holland in 1991. In his long and successful
career in military law enforcement, he served as a
SWAT Commander and fitness training specialist, responsible for
training his troops, and also for developing fitness programs for
overweight soldiers.
Ron’s fitness accomplishments included
running 13 marathons worldwide, as well as being assigned responsibility
for airmen who were in danger of being discharged due to obesity
and poor physical fitness.
